Ben founded B.R.A. & Associates Limited and has led it as Managing Director and Lead Consultant since 2006. A mechanical engineer by training (KNUST, 1974), he spent more than 30 years with Unilever in Ghana and abroad, working across engineering, occupational health, safety, environment and quality, rising to Chief Engineer of the Tema factory and Lead HSE Auditor for Unilever’s Africa, Middle East and Turkey region.
Today he personally leads the firm’s consulting, training and audit work, from ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems to health, safety and environment audits on major construction projects across Ghana.
